Why do we use American Apparel?
Two Left Feet Design uses American Apparel for all their premium designed clothing. American Apparel is made in the United States and also high quality.
Do you need artists?
We currently aren't accepting any new artists. We will make sure to let everyone know when we are ready for some more artists to join our sweet team.
I want one of your artists to work for me! What should I do?
If you want any of our amazingly talented artists to work for you, their information is available on their profile page. You can contact them directly and work out any details between yourselves. We love for our artists to get exposure from our website!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover - all processed through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- How secure is this store?
- Don't worry, Paypal uses the highest level of security commercially available online. We also use the shopping cart from www.e-junkie.com, a third party cart, which is PayPal integration certified. Their site, where you will finish any transaction, is also tested daily with GeoTrust to insure everyone's safety.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are shipped within 1-2 business days via standard USPS mail and should take 5-10 business days to receive. International orders generally take about 1-2 weeks to arrive.
- What is your Return Policy?
Items in their original condition (not worn or washed) may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To exchange an item, please mail the item you wish to exchange to us along with a note stating the size and style you wish to exchange for and the reason for your exchange.
To return an item, please mail your return back to us along with your transaction ID (emailed to you upon purchase) and reason for return. We will refund your money as soon as we receive the item.
